Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

blueberries

white chocolate

strawberries

Preparation

Mix the flour and egg in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the milk, and finally the baking powder.

Heat a pan/skillet to a medium heat. Using a ladle, pour 3 pancakes, each about 3 inches wide. Cook for 60-90 seconds.

Add blueberries and crushed white chocolate to the top. Flip and cook for a further 30-60 seconds.

Serve with sliced strawberries.
