Ingredients

5 cups of fruit

3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 t salt

1 t cinnamon

1/2 cup butter / margarine

Preparation

-place fruit in 2 qt. casserole dish -combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon

  • cut in butter until mixture is crumbly -sprinkle evenly over fruit
  • bake 350F for 40
