Ingredients
1/4 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1 large egg
2 c sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
2 c washed fresh berries
Crumb Topping:
1/4 c soft butter
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until light. Add egg and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with mildk, beating until smooth. Fold in berries. Blend topping mixture together and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake in greased 9"x9"x2" pan in moderate oven (375 degrees) for about 35 minutes
