Ingredients

13 Graham crackers with 1/2 stick melted margerine for crust. 4 egg yolks

1C sugar

30 oz. cream cheese

1C milk

juice of 1 lemon

1t vanilla

2T flour

1/2 stick melted butter

4 beaten egg whites

1 16 oz can blueberry pie filling.

Preparation

Make crust in food processer, press in bottom of springform pan. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add remaining ingredients as listed. Bake 1 hour in 200 degree oven, turn off heat and leave in oven 1 more hour. Cool on rack. Refrigerate, add blueberry topping when chilled.
