Ingredients
2 cups whole grain hot cereal or oatmeal
3 1/2 cups soy milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup frozen blueberries
Preparation
Combine oatmeal, soy milk and salt in a pan. Bring to a boil. Add dried blueberries, coconut and wheat germ. Simmer for three minutes. Turn off heat and add vanilla and frozen blueberries. Stir carefully for blueberries don’t burst and color the oatmeal.
