Ingredients

1 Graham Cracker Pie Shell

1/2 C Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

1 pint (2 cups) Blueberries

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

1 T Lemon Juice

1 C Whipping Cream- whipped.

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream and berries. Spoon into pie shell. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
