Ingredients
FILLING~
6 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teas. Cornstarch
1 Teas. Lemon Juice
1/4 Teas. Kosher Salt
Topping
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Teas. baking powder
1/2 Teas. Kosher Salt
6 Tablespoon soft unsalted butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
Preparation
Oven at 375 degrees. Filling–combine all dry and coat on berries with lemon juice, put into 8" square pan. Topping–cream butter & sugar. Then combine all dry and stir into batter. Use hands to squeeze into clumps. Put topping on blueberry mixture, then bake until brown & bubbly @ 1 hour. Put on wire rack and cool 30 mins.
