Ingredients

12 slices of stale bread (crusts removed) cut in 1 inch bubes

2-8 oz cream cheese

2 cups half in half

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

Sause

1 cup sugar

2 T. cornstarch

1 c. water

1 cup blueberries ( fresh or frozen

1 T. butter

Preparation

Place half of cubed bread in 13x9 pan. Cut cream cheese in 1 inch cubes and place over bread. Top with blueberries followed by remaining bread cubes. Add half and half and syurp. Mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and chill 8 hrs or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min prior to baking
