Ingredients

1 stick butter

1/4 cup sugar

2 cup A.P. flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup sour cream

2 1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp vanilla

lemon zest

2 tblsp lemon juice

Preparation

Cream butter in mixer, add sugar and eggs

Combine remaining dry ingredients in separate bowl bowl

Combine remaining wet ingredients in a separate bowl (except blueberries)

Alternate between adding wet and dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in blueberries with a spoon or spatula so you do not break them

Sparay muffin pan and paper cups. Pile high and top with sugar and bake at 375 for approx 30 minutes
