Ingredients

Muffins:

2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups blueberries

2 cups flour

Topping:

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter, cubed

1/3 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Muffins: Preheat oven to 400.

Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Beat together eggs and sugars. Mix in oil, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture. Gently fold in blueberries.

Topping: Mix together all ingredients and sprinkle over batter before baking.

Bake 20 minutes.
