Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup white sugar
Preparation
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Use paper liners and grease top of muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full. Sprinkle with extra sugar. Bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes.
