Ingredients
2 cups flour( you may use 1 cup white and 1 cup whole wheat)
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
3/4 cup milk
4 tbs. magola oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup floured berries
Preparation
Grease pan well or line. Have ingredients at room temperature. Sift dry ingredients. Add milk, beaten egg, oil. Add wet to dry. Stir only enough to dampen flour, after adding berries. Bake 20 minutes at 350-375.
