Ingredients
1/2 c butter
2 c flour
1 1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c blueberries
2 tsp sugar for tops
Preparation
On low speed electric mixer, cream byutter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternatively with milk. Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir in by hand. Grease muffin tin w/ butter and grease top surface as well. Pile mixture high in each muffin cup. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes before removing. Makes 6 if using lg. muffin pan. 12 small work best
