Ingredients

1 C all purpose flour

1 C blueberries

1/2 t salt

1 t baking powder

1/2 t baking soda

2 eggs

1 C sour cream

5 T butter

1 C brown sugar

1 C old-fashioned oats

Preparation

  1. Preheat over to 375
  2. Toss blueberries in 2 T flour, set aside
  3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
  4. In a large bowl beat eggs with sour cream. Add melted butter and brown sugar, stir in oats.
  5. Fold in flour mix, then fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins.
  6. Bake 25-30 min
