Ingredients
1 C all purpose flour
1 C blueberries
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 eggs
1 C sour cream
5 T butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C old-fashioned oats
Preparation
- Preheat over to 375
- Toss blueberries in 2 T flour, set aside
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
- In a large bowl beat eggs with sour cream. Add melted butter and brown sugar, stir in oats.
- Fold in flour mix, then fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake 25-30 min
