Ingredients

1/4 cup soft butter

1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg, well beaten

1 1/2 cups cake and pastry flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Preparation

Cream together, butter and sugar, add egg and mix well.

Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.

Fold in blueberries.

Fill 12 greased muffin tins two thirds full.

Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes.
