Ingredients

3 1/2 cup flour

2 tbsp baking powder

3/4 cup sugar

pinch salt

5 eggs slightly beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp margarine melted and cooled

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

Fill greased muffin tins, then sprinkle with sugar. Preheat oven to 425. Reduce heat to 400 when you put in the muffins. Bake for 25 minutes. Large muffin tins may be used.
