Ingredients

6 Tlbs sweet butter at room temperature

1 1/2 c sugar

3 eggs

2 c white flour

1/4 teasp salt

2 teasp baking powder

1/2 c milk

1 teasp vanilla extract

2 c blueberries, washed and well drained

3 Tbls sugar mixed with 1 teasp cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Grease top& insides of muffinpan In large bowl, cream buter & 1 1/2 c sugar until fluffy Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each Add flour, salt, baking powder, alternately with milk to the creamed mixture Add vanilla Crush 1/2 c of the blueberries with a fork & add to batter, stirring by hand Add remaining 1 1/2 c of whole berries & stir gently Fill muffin tins to top with batter. Top each muffin with a sprinkle of cinammon-sugar Bake for 30 min. Turn off oven and leave muffins in oven for another 20 minutes and open door(if using electric oven)
