Ingredients

1-1/2c oatmeal (ground into flour)

3/4c milk

1 egg

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

blueberries (frozen or fresh)

Preparation

Put all ingredients (except blueberries) into blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Allow to stand 5 minutes before using. Fold in blueberries. Pour onto preheated griddle over medium high heat.
