Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup chopped pecans
Filling:
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Topping:
Fruit (canned or fresh)
Preparation
Crust: Mix together crust ingredients and pack down in a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
Filling: Whip the heavy whipping cream and set aside. Mix the cream cheese and confectioners sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
Spread the filling over the cooled pie crust and add fruit topping of your choice. You can use fresh or canned fruits.
