Ingredients

Crust:

1 1/2C flour

1/2t salt

1/2C butter

2T sour cream

1T sugar

Filling:

4C blueberries

3/4C sugar

4T flour

1 1/2T fresh lemon juice

1/2t cinnamon

1T butter

Garnish:

powdered sugar

whipped cream

Preparation

Preheat oven 425 degrees Butter pie plate

Crust: Using food processor, mix all crust ingredients into a ball. Press dough into buttered pie plate and prick with fork. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees

Filling: Mix sugar, flour, lemon juice and cinnamon. Add blueberries. Pour mixture into cooled pan. Dot with 1T of butter. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let cool.

Garnish with powdered sugar and whipped cream.
