Ingredients

1 c red wine

1 c balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

3 oz. shallots

1/2 c blueberries

Preparation

  1. Wilt shallots in o.o. Add wine and balsamic and bring to a boil to reduce in half. Add bluberries in the last 5 mins.
  2. Use half to marinate overnight and the other half for sauce.
