Ingredients
1 pint fresh blueberries (or 12 ounces frozen, thawed)
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Preparation
Put blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a stainless steel pot. Cook over medium-high heat until blueberries burst. Combine water and cornstarch into a paste and whisk into blueberries. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Cool and refrigerate.
