Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup sugar

2-3 tsp cinammon

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup blueberries

rind grated lemon peel

Preparation

Stir margarine to soften add flour, cinammon, bkg powder, salt & sugar Stir in lemon rind Add milk, egg & beat vigourously Stir in Blueberries Pour into greased 8x8x2 pan Bake in a moderate over (350) for approx. 50 min.

Topping: Melt butter and lemon juice Brush over cake and sprinkle with sugar! Enjoy!
