Ingredients

2 lbs ground chuck (cubed if preferred)

1 lb. hot pork sausage (again, cubed if you like it that way.)

3 10 oz cans tomatoes w/jalepenos

1 40 oz can of redskin beans

5 tbs Mexican chili power

1 tbs ground cumin

1 tsp ground oregano

2 tps salt

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

3 red onions chopped

1 tps sugar

3 cloves of garlic chopped

12 oz Porter or dark beer

shredded cheese for garnish

Preparation

brown chuck and pork; put meat in slow cooker; add vegs and stir; add spices and beans and stir; add tomatoes and garlic and beer stir some more. Cook on high for three hours, cook on low for four hours. Refrigerate overnight and warm up on low heat until ready. Serve in bowls with cheese as garnish.
