Ingredients
2 pkgs of crushed ramen noodles without seasoning.
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 pkg. (1/2 to 3/4 cups) sunflower seeds
Brown all of the above in 1/4 cup butter
1 bunch of bok choy chopped fine
1 to 2 bundles of scallions chopped fine
1 cup of oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
stir together
Preparation
Mix all of the above ingredients and refrigerate.
