Ingredients
1 bunch bok choy, including green leaves
6 scallions
2 packages Ramen, crushed (discard seasoning packet)
1/4 cup butter
3-ounce package slivered almonds
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar or sesame vinegar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
Clean and chop bok choy and scallions.
In a frying pan, saute Ramen, butter, almonds, and sesame seeds until golden brown.
To make the dressing, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce.
Combine all ingredients just before serving.
