Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seeds

2 packages Ramen noodles

1/4 cup butter

2 heads bok choy (cut off 1 inch of bottom)

1/2 red onion

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

Lightly brown noodles and seeds in melted butter.

Chop bok choy and onion

Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over salad.
