Ingredients
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 seedless (aka English) cucumber
1 pound 90 percent lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 wheat or whole-grain sandwich flatbread rounds
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine yogurt and cucumber; refrigerate until ready to serve. In a bowl, combine beef, onion, mint and cumin. Mix well and shape into four patties. Grill 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Place on flatbread and top with cucumber-yogurt sauce.
