Ingredients

1/4 lb gr beef

1/3 lb gr pork

1 onion chopped

1 stalk celery chopped

1 carrot shredded

oil

2 C crushed tomatoes

2 T tomato paste

Preparation

Saute carrot, onion and celery in oil; add meat. After meat is browned, add tomatoes and paste. Cook 5-10 minutes.
