Ingredients
1 tsp coriander or Mint chutney
10 gms butter
Filling:
4 thin slices of cucumber
4 thin slices of tomato
4 thin slices of boiled potato
4 thin slices of red onion
Dash of fresh coriander and green chilly.
Dash salt and pepper
2 slices white bread (can be substituted by whole wheat bread if you prefer, but should have crusts chopped off).
Preparation
Spread butter on both slices, add the chutney on one side and then add the fillings.
Double ingredients to increase amount.
Pre-made chutney can be easily purchased at Indian grocery stores.
