Ingredients
1 (20oz) prime cut bone-in ribeye
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
- Season the room-temperature steak with the seasoned salt.
- Heat the grill to a moderate temperature.
- For medium-rare steak, cook each side for 5 - 10 minutes on moderate grill heat until the internal temperature ranges between 145 F and 150 F. For a medium steak, cook the meat for 8 to 13 minutes on each side, until its temperature reaches 150 F to 155 F.
- Once the steak is cooked to the desired doneness, top with the melted butter to round out the flavor and add some richness, and serve.
