1 bunch broccoil, bite size pieces

1-2 tomatoes chopped

1 yellow zucchini cut into half circles

1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated (optional)

lemon dill linguini

eggplant gorganzola sauce

parmesan cheese

Preparation

bring water to boil, add pasta, cook to al dente add broccoli to boiling water 2 min before draining add zucchini to boiling water 1 min before draining heat sauce in separate pan over med heat drain pasta and toss with sauce cover with cheese and broccoli until cheese bubbles serve immediately with fresh grated parmesan cheese
