Ingredients
White anchovey fillets in oil and vinegar
2 bananas (slightly green if possible)
2 avocados
Smoked paprika
1/2 an onion finely chopped
Roughly chopped parsley
Butter
Preparation
Fry thick slices of banana with onion in butter and a good pinch of paprika. After a couple of minutes (banana coloured but onion still quite raw)remove from heat and add a dozen anchovy fillets, avocado and parsley, mix gently and season.
