Ingredients

2-16 oz. cans pinto beans(recommend Bush’s)

1-10oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles

1-4oz. can diced green chiles(La Victoria)

1/2 cup frozen diced onions

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 bottle-12oz. Mexican beer

1/3 cup real bacon pieces

1/4cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

1 lime, sliced into wedges

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the cilantro and lim wedgres. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 min. Stir in cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
