Ingredients
2-3 Heads of boston lettuce
Dressing
1 egg
2t fresh grated parmesan
½t salt
¼t pepper
2T dijon mustard
3T fresh lemon juice
1t worchestershire sauce
1t sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Combine all dressing ingredients and beat with whisk until completely blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
