Ingredients

1 ounce Bombay Sapphire Gin

1 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

3/4 ounce Sweet & Sour mix, preferably homemade (See recipe below)

Preparation

Shake all ingredients together with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Can float a small edible flower on top as garnish.

TO MAKE SWEET & SOUR: Mix equal parts lemon juice and lime juice. Add sugar syrup or agave to taste (just enough to take the ‘bite’ out of the citrus). Store in fridge for up to three months.
