Ingredients

1.5 oz White Rum

.5 oz Cognac (Armagnac also works fine)

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup*

*To make cinnamon syrup, mak a simple syrup bringing 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to a simmer. After well mixed, turn off heat and add 2 broken up cinnamon sticks. Let sit for 6 hours and strain.

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
