1 C CHOPPED PECANS OR WALNUTS
1 C. POWDERED SUGAR
2 THSP COCOA POWDER
2 TBSP CLEAR CORN SYRUP
1/3 TO 1/2 C BOURBON
RUM OR BRANDY MAY ALSO BE USED INSTEAD
OF BOURBON
Preparation
PUT WAFERS IN FOOD PROCESSOR FOR THE CRUMBS.
CHOP WALNUTS OR PECANS
PUT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN STAND MIXER AND MIX WELL
ADD CORN SYRUP AND BOURBON. LOW SPEED
BLEND WITH MIXER TIL EVENLY MOIST…ROLL INTO BALLS.
ROLL IN TRAY OF ADDITIONAL POWDERED SUGAR. ABOUT 1/4 C.
PUT IN SEALED CONTAINER. HAPPY HOLIDAYS
