Ingredients

1 cup soft BUTTER

5 cups POWDERED SUGAR

pinch SALT

1/2 cup BOURBON

1 cup finely chopped PECANS

1/4 cup CORN SYRUP

Melt 12 oz SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE

Add 1 TBL BOURBON

Preparation

Mix together, soft BUTTER, POWDERED SUGAR, SALT, BOURBON Add 1 cup finely chopped PECANS and CORN SYRUP Drop candy mixture from a spoon onto waxed paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes

Melt SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE in top of double boiler. Add 1 TBL BOURBON; stir well.

Remove from heat, cool to 96F Dust hands with Powdered Sugar, roll candy into balls; dip into chocolate, place on waxed paper and refrigerate.
