Ingredients
Crust:
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped toasted pecans
2/3 cup sugar
2 sticks butter
Filling:
5 eggs
3 tsp flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
6 tbsp bourbon
2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Mix crust ingredients with pastry blender. Press into greased pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine filling ingredients in a bowl. Pour over base, bake 25-40 min at 325º. Let cool, then slice into bars.
