Ingredients
2 (14 oz) bottles tomato ketchup
3/4 cup bourbon
1 T molasses
1 T creole or whole grain mustard
1 T chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 T peeled and grated fresh ginger
Preparation
combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Pulse 2 or 3 times. serve.
