Ingredients
8 chicken wings
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
Preparation
- Rinse chicken.
- Split wing at joint into two parts.
- Cut off the tip.
- Season each side with salt and pepper.
- Fry chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
- Remove chicken wings from pan. Place on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
- Place fried wings into barbeque sauce mixture. Mix well.
- To serve, remove wings from mixture and place on a plate.
- Pour BBQ sauce on top liberally.
