Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 C evaporated milk
2 C creamed corn
2 C frozen corn
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbs bourbon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Whisk egg and milk, then mix everything together and bake 45 to 48 minutes at 350 in an 8 inch square pan
