Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs tenderloin
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 TBL brown sugar
2 TBL ground black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Marinate tenderloin for 12 hours.
Grill until pork reaches 170 degrees.
