Ingredients
2 cups solid packed pumpkin
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
5 large eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup unsulfured molasses
3 Tbs bourbon
1 Tbs cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Whisk everything together until well combined and pour into shell. (I works better if you chill the shell while you’re making the filling.) Bake in middle of oven at 400 for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle of the filling comes out clean. Let it cool before cutting
