Ingredients

1/2 c pure olive oil

1/4 c bourbon

1/4 c soy sauce

heaping tablespoon brown sugar

Salt and pepper

whole side of salmon

Preparation

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar and shake it up

  2. Marinate the salmon in a ziplock gallon size bag in the fridge for 30 min- 2 hours or so

  3. grill the salmon in the Big Green Egg
