Ingredients

8 oz bow tie pasta

2 cups chopped broccoli

1/2 cup oil packed sun dried tomato

1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 cup slivered almonds

2 cloves garlic

1 red pepper

4 oz mushrooms

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

2 cups chopped and cooked chicken

1/4 cup fresh basil

Preparation

Cook pasta. Add broccoli with 2 mins left of cooking time on the pasta.

In food processor, dried tomato, olive oil, almonds, salt, pepper and garlic. Process until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese until combined.

In a sautéed pan sauté sliced mushrooms with some butter and a bit of olive oil. Set aside. Slice up red pepper into thin slices. Set aside.

In a large pan combine all ingredients. Add chicken stock and simmer for a few minutes. Add fresh basil and additional Parmesan before serving.
