Ingredients

3 cups cooked bow tie pasta

2 to 3 portabello mushrooms, sliced

1 lg. can (20 oounce) chopped tomatoes, drained

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

Preparation

Heat skillet over medium heat till hot and add olive oil.

Add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes.

Add portabello mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, basil, and salt & pepper. Saute for about ten minutes, stirring frequently.

Add bow tie pasta and toss well. Serve with a green salad and a loaf of french bread.
