Ingredients
1 - 12 oz box bowtie pasta
2 - 6 oz pkg pepperoni slices
2 - 4.5 oz jar drained whole mushrooms
(I use Giorgio)
2 - 8oz pkg cubed colby & monterey jack cheese
1 - 6 oz can drained medium pitted black olives
Enough Mediterranean dressing to coat ingredients (I use Athenos Greek with Feta Cheese)
1 - 6 oz pkg cheese and garlic croutons
Preparation
Boil pasta, drain and run cold water over it until pasta has no heat then place in large bowl with pepperoni slices, cheese cubes, mushrooms and black olives. Add enough Mediterranean dressing to coat ingredients and stir. Add croutons just before serving. Can be served cold or individual portions can be microwaved for a hot version. The cheese melts into the pepperoni and paasta and it is delicious!
