Ingredients
4 lamb shanks
4 tsp quatre epices
1 cup ruby port
1 qt chicken stock
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub shanks with spices, stand upright in pan and roast 1 hour. Add wine and stock, cover and braise an additional 1 1/2 hours
